INTRODUCTION:

Whether you’re looking to optimise your hormonal health, improve performance or build a strong body, join Wildheart Runners' founders and our key speakers on October 5 in Glasgow. Our workshop is designed to educate and provide a safe space for discussion for female athletes of all abilities. 

Renee McGregor needs little introduction. A leading sports dietician, eating disorder specialist, REDs expert, author and accomplished trail and ultra runner. Renee is passionate about working with athletes to optimise hormonal health and enhance performance and well-being. Her social media accounts are widely regarded as a popular educational hub for both the professional and everyday athlete. 

You may have had Eddie Sutton in your ears on your runs. Co-host of one of the UK’s top sports podcasts, Tea and Trails, the self-confessed tea addict and Mum of three, recently moved from the Alps to rural Perthshire. Ironman triathlete turned ultrarunner, Eddie is a running coach, personal trainer and level 3 strength and conditioning coach. She also has a long list of sporting accolades to her name, most recently completing both the Winter Spine Race and the Northern Traverse. 

Cath Munro, a GP for 20 years is passionate about supporting women to navigate their hormone journey. She is a BMS-accredited menopause specialist and trainer, training others to become menopause specialists and supporting other health professionals to develop their skills and knowledge around menopause. She also runs menopause cafes and women’s health events.
